Wallac Microbeta 1450 TriLux Luminometer Liquid Scintillation Counter

The luminometer liquid scintillation counter (LSC) is equipped to handle luminescence detection as well as liquid scintillation of samples. Samples must be prepared in microtitration plates, tubes or on filters. Many types of assays using different luminescence labels can be analyzed by the LSC system, including 3H, 14C, 32P, 33P, 35S, 51Cr, 125I, and glow-type luminescence labels. Several scintillation proximity assays, such ScintiPlate and FlashPlate, can also be used. The LSC system has the ability to count filters, tubes, and microtitration plates. Using standard 96-well plates, the maximum capacity of the instrument is limited to 1536 or 3072 samples.
